[cstex] csplain a WinEdt 7.0

A nezapomněl jste před voláním  fmtutil-sys -- all dát příkaz:

tlmgr generate fmtutil
?

To je podstatné. Zkontrolujte to, co už jsem Vám psal. Podívejte se do 
adresáře  texlive\2011\texmf-var\web2c na soubor fmtutil.cnf. Na jeho 
konci by měl být připojen obsah Vašeho souboru fmtutil-local.cnf. Pokud 
tomu tak není, spusťte tlmgr generate fmtutil. To připojení se udělá 
právě tímto příkazem.  Pak znovu zkontrolujte, jestli 
texlive\2011\texmf-var\web2c\fmtutil.cnf má na konci připojený obsah 
fmtutil-local.cnf. Podle toho, co se Vám děje, se to připojení neudělalo.

Pak teprve se udělá fmtutil-sys -- all (oba příkazy mohou být spuštěny z 
libovolného adresáře, všechny tyto programy jsou adresářích uvedených v 
PATH). A zkontrolujte potom csplain.log. Už by tam nemělo být načítání 
cp227, ale místo toho aktivace enctexu a načtení souboru csenc-u.tex 
(tak se tuším jmenuje pro UTF-8).

Když se podívám do instalace, kterou jsem dělal před prázdninami, je 
soubor texlive\2011\texmf-var\web2c\fmtutil.cnf jen o několik minut 
starší než formáty v podadresářích adresáře 
texlive\2011\texmf-var\web2c\fmt, které se vygenerovaly po spuštění 
fmtutil-sys -- all. Zmínka o volání tlmgr generate fmtutil je např. na 
začátku originálního souboru fmtutil.cnf (je buď v 
texlive\2011\texmf\web2c nebo texlive\2011\texmf-dist\web2c, teď zpaměti 
nevím). A samozřejmě také v texlive\2011\texmf-var\web2c\fmtutil.cnf 
(což je totéž, jen doplněné o obsah fmtutil-local.cnf).

Snad to pomůže.

Pro jistotu taky zkontrolujte, zda winedt 7 opravdu ukládá soubory v 
UTF-8. Ale vypadá to, že ano.
