[cstex] csplain a WinEdt 7.0

Dobrý den,
Pan Wagner:
Podle Vašeho návodu jsem provedl mktexlsr, pak fmtutil-sys -- all, ale
soubor csplain-utf8 jsem nenašel. Pokud by se někde vyskytoval csplain-utf8,
tak WinEdt velmi snadno navedu, aby používal tento, ale tento program nikde
není. Zřejmě je fakt chyba v tom, že se prostě můj fmtutil-local
nepoužije...
