Presne tak to funguje i v Debianu, jenom si musis ty cs* formaty
vygenerovat.

1. Nainstalujes baliky tetex-base, tetex-bin, tetex-extra (a zavisle
   baliky) 
2. V souboru /etc/texmf/fmt.d/00tetex.cnf odkomentujes radky zacinajici:
     cont-cz
     csplain
     cslatex
     pdfcsplain
     pdfcslatex
3. Spustis prikaz update-fmtutil
4. Spustis prikaz texconfig init

a je hotovo.
