csplain na TeXlive 2003 neni csplain

TCX soubory jsou v poradku. Problem je, ze pri LC_ALL=POSIX
na ne binarka TeXu z TeXlive2003 nebere zretel. Jinak receno, neni co
patchovat v tcx souborech, ale bohuzel jen v binarce TeXu.

Nebo jsem neco spatne pochopil?
