WinEdt a TeXlive 4

Dobry den,
jeste jednou o mem problemu intalace TeXu pod W95, ktery chci cely
zpoustet z CD TeXlive4. Mam nainstalovany editor WinEdt, taky z CD. Cestu
k CD mechanice mam, H:\bin\win32\, a z WinEdt spoustim preklad LeTeXem a
skonci to tady timto vypisem na obrazovku:

H:\BIN\WIN32\FMTUTIL.EXE: fatal error, configuration file not found.
warning: Could not open char translation file `cp1250cs.tcx'.
This is TeX, Version 3.14159 (Web2c 7.3)
I can't find the format file `cslatex.fmt'!

Mohl by mi nekdo poradit co s tim? Dekuji,
