[cstex] Generovani formatu v mikTeXu

Ja jsem nechtel odpovidat, protoze vnitrnostem MiKTeXu nerozumim, ale
zaujala me hlaska Too late for \patterns. Pokud se nemylim, \patterns
lze pouzit pouze pri generovani formatu a musi byt pouzit initex.
Tahla hlaska by tedy mohla znamenat, ze se format generuje texem, ne
initexem. V nekterych distribucich se initex od texu odlisuje pouze
parametrem na prikazovem radku. Nevim, jak to resi MiKTeX.
