[cstex] nezname kodovanie v subore *.log

Problem je v tom, ze pouzivate format cslatex, ale slovenstinu berete
z babelu. Oba formaty maji reseno prekodovani vstupu jinymi prostredky
a jinak zavedeny vzory deleni, takze to nemuze v teto kombinaci
spravne fungovat. Pokud pouzijete (pdf)cslatex, pak slovenstinu
aktivujete pomoci \usepackage{slovak} a prekodovani vstupu lze resit:
1. pouzitim defaultu, ktery je nastaven ve formatu
2. pomoci TCX tabulky
3. pomoci encTeXu (pokud byl pri generovani formatu zapnut)
4. pravdepodobne i balickem inputenc
Pokud pouzijete (pdf)latex, pak slovenstinu aktivujete pomoci
\usepackage[slovak]{babel} a na prekodovani vstupu lze pouzit:
1. TCX tabulku
2. encTeX (pokud byl pri generovani formatu aktivovan)
3. balickem inputenc
Pri poiziti balicku inputenc nezapomente na to, ze nektera pismena
maji \catcode=11 a nektera \catcode=13, takze jednoduche testy pismen
v principu nefunguji.
