[cstex] CZ/SK in babel for TL 08 (fwd)

Zdravim,

doufam, ze se konecne upravy babelu dostaly do distribuce
latexu a tedy i na TL08.
Muzete je prosim nekdo za den dva otestovat
na alfa verzi TL?
