Neni divu, pri 'unicode' totiz hyperref nacita soubor puenc.def, kde se
definuje

    \DeclareTextAccent{\C}{PU}{\textdoublegrave}

Takze budto pro sve makro opravdu zvolit jine jmeno, anebo ozelet to z
puenc.def a prepsat ho svym (\renewcommand).
