Asi bych to mel upresnit. Tenhle algoritmus umoznuje proste
porovnavat retezce. Pravidla jednotlivych jazyku se
samozrejme lisi. Taky je moznost tridit to podle ceskeho
UTF-8 trideni v Linuxu (LC_COLLATE v cs_CZ.utf8 locale).
