Lido -- podpora v babelizovanem LaTeXu?

Dobrý den,

když bych chtěl používat Lido (anebo snad dokonce i OFS?) v LyXu, kde
mam standardně babelizovaný LaTeX (cslatex nechci používat, protože
většinu textů píšu anglicky a na to je cslatexu škoda; to raději oželím
trochu krásy v českých výstupech), jak na to? Když jsem zkoušel jenom
vyhodit \usepackage{czech} a nahradit ho \usepackage[czech]{babel} tak
to skončilo průšvihem (stestl.log je přiložen).
