Problemy s cestinou v LaTeXu

Dobry den,
z TeX LIve 5 jsem si pod Win98 nainstaloval LaTeX a mam problem stim ze
se mi po vytvoreni .dvi souboru ignoruji znaky s diakritikou.
Ve zdrojaku pouzivam \usepackage{czech} a stahl jsem si navod a soubory
z:
http://www.cstug.cz/cslatex/index.html
a presto to nefunguuje.
V .log dostavam zhruba toto (promazal jsem nepotrebne):
