cstocs2 konvertuje medzi mnozstvom formatov (aj win-unix):

CSTOCS2 - converts Czech and Slovak letters.

  CSTOCS2 [options] input_file [options] [output_file] [options]

Options:
  -in  n is the code of input file (obligatory!)
  -om  m is the code of output file
  -s   convert also no-break space, dashes, single quotation marks
  -w   as -s and double quotation marks
!!! -s/-w converts "'", "`", ",," to another in win, mac (not from
sequences)
