Belleek a spol. (reseni)

Dobry den!

Pred casem se objevily urcite problemy s nekterymi fonty z Fontanasie.
Urcite k nim patril Belleek (matematika pro Times Roman). Podivne bylo,
ze ackolik dvips nebo ghostscript s temito fonty vzdy umrel, gsftopk
i pdftex je pohodlne zvladly. Reseni je proste. Napsal mi ho sam veliky
Tomas G. Rokicki:

The current dvips should easily handle any Type 1 font that it used to.

There are definitely problems in the Type 1 font handling of dvips;
specifically, the format it expects the fonts to be in is much more
rigid than they often really are.  :-(  The solution here is to
download such fonts in entirety, rather than using the partial font
downloading, on these fonts only.  You can specify this in the
various psfonts.map files; if the font file is preceded by << rather
than <, the type 1 partial font downloading will not be performed
for that font.

Cize, v psfonts.map staci misto jednoho < dat zobaky dva <<. :-)

P.S. Pro jine fonty nez Belleek jsem to zatim jeste nezkousel, ale
snad to pojede taky. Vim, ze jeste byly problemy s mym pocestenim
Antykwy Torunske. Snad je reseni stejne, jak se zastavim, zkusim to.
