Kees van der Laan's Publishing with TeX on CTAN

It is a real pleasure to announce that Kees van der Laan's
long-awaited "BLU bible", Publishing with TeX, has been made available
in the CTAN archives. This is, at fisrt sight, simply the manual for
Kees's BLU complete macro package, but it is in fact much more - a
philosophical treatise on TeX macro programming and using TeX. What is
more, Kees makes it available to anyone who wants to pick it up and
read it. Let us  salute his generosity and talents.

the 130 page PWT is on CTAN in info/pwt. Its in both PostScript and
PDF form; the PS file uses Type1 CM fonts, so it should print on any
printer. Kees will be making the sources available in due course.
