I tried to use ps_view.ps (older version) and ghostscript with temporary
redefinition of keyboard (hot keys). The result (working with gs 2.52, 2.61,
3.12 and 3.33) can be found on ftp.muni.cz in /pub/tex/local/ps/psview.zip.
