                    NOTICE to ALL TUG MEMBERS

TUGboat 15 #3, the proceedings issue, suffered some traumatic
production problems related to its being the first TUGboat issue to
combine PostScript + color. Added to this was the difficulty in
coordinating the authors' PS + color files with the printer, via both
the proceedings editors and the regular TUGboat editor.

We are now *very pleased* to announce that the issue has survived the
trauma (the editors are still recovering), and mailing begins today

                       FRIDAY FEBRUARY 24

To get a taste of the issue, the Table of Contents is appended to this
message. A TeX-able version of this file has been posted to CTAN in

       tex-archive/digests/tugboat/t-of-c/tb1594.cnt

where tb = tugboat
15 = volume (so it contains the ToCs for #1, #2, and #3 now)
      94 = year

In fact, all TUGboat Tables of Contents are available from CTAN,
grouped by volume number (following the above model). Additionally,
it's possible to run them off in 5-year groupings -- all the necessary
files are included in the subdirectory. [This was described in TTN
3,2:13.]

The necessary files? For volume 15, these would be:

           tbcv15.tex
           tbcont.def
PLUS
tugboat.sty -- these two are plain TeX
           tugboat.cmn

which are one directory level higher, in tex-archive/digests/tugboat.
