:         sequences in the file.  Option of specifying control
:         sequences to be left out of the index.
:     Placement of rules:  hairline, single, double.

:         as well as at the top of a page.
:     Limited understanding of \catcode changes.  This means
:         that if @ (or any other character) if made a letter,
:         control sequences with the specified character will
