[cstex] update texlive balikov - verzia 2012: error 404 Can't chdir to tlpkg

Zdravim,

neviem, ci sa daju este update-ovat baliky vo verzii TeXLive 2012.
Dostanem totiz nasledujucu chybu:

c:\texlive>c:\texlive\bin\win32\tlmgr update --list
TLDownload::get_file: response error:
  404 Can't chdir to tlpkg
