[cstex] csplain a WinEdt 7.0

Pravděpodobně proto, že z hlediska fmtutil-sys se formát jmenuje
csplain, ale pro TeX se jmenuje csplain-utf8. Někde nejspíš v
texmf-var/web2c/pdftex by měly být vygenerované soubory s příponou
.fmt a odpovídající .log, kde je zapsáno, jak probíhalo generování
formátu. Pokud je moje idea správná, najdete tam csplain-utf8.fmt a
csplain-utf8.log. Pak stačí přesvědčit WinEdt, aby se použil formát
csplain-utf8. Pokud je moje idea špatná, je nutno najít log a podívat
se, co se dělo při generování formátů.

Ještě mě napadá jedna možnost. Po vytvoření fmtutil-local.cnf je nutno
obnovit souborovou databázi programem mktexlsr (bez parametrů), aby se
ten soubor našel.
