[cstex] csplain a WinEdt 7.0

Takže už jsme zase o kousek dál... Děkuji pánům Olšákovi a Kubenovi.

Pan Kuben: Ne, nešlo o překlep, mezeru jsem tam napsal záměrně, protože jsem
se přehlédl při čtení v adresáři texlive\2011\texmf\web2c, věděl jsem, že to
nemůže projít, ale přesto jsem to napsal. No nic, už to je opraveno...

Prozatím však ponechám celý soubor fmtutil-local.cnf, tak jak jsem ho
přejal, pak až to bude chodit, tak odtud vyhodím, co je zbytečné. Teď se tím
nechci zdržovat...

Pan Olšák: Tady je můj dotaz a myslím si, že jádro problému. Jak přinutit
TeX, aby zpracoval mnou požadovaný soubor tcx. ????
