[cstex] Ukladani formulare AcroTeX

Hezky den,

pokousim se vytvaret testy pomoci baliku acroTeX.
1) Vyplnene pdf formulare nelze Acrobat Readerem ulozt, nevi prosim
nekdo jak umoznit AR aby formular ulozil?
(Adobe Reader 9.2 vyplneny formular z adresy
      http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Acrobat/9.0/Samples/interactiveform_enabled.pdf
       ulozi tak jak potrebuju, takze ta moznost tu bude. Jako
zvlastnost bych uvedl, ze pri poctu otazek mensim nez tri se v AR
neobjevi fialova informacni lista, s hlaskou: "... You cannot save
data typed in this form ..." )
2) Obsah pole vznikleho pouzitim buttonu \eqButton (\pointsField atd.)
se nevytiskne, proc?
3) Zkousel nekdo prenest *.asp skripty z baliku eq2db pro odesilani
formularu z platformy windows na linux (php, nebo tak)?

Linux, pdflatex. Vysledny test jsem oteviral, tisknul a neukladal v AR
9.2 na linuxu a v AR  8 na MSW.
zde je minimalni test a vysledny pdf soubor prikladam.
