[cstex] chybové hlášení

Dobrý den, vytvářím svůj první dokument v Kile Latexu. Použila jsem
hlavičku fungujícího českého dokumentu od kolegy, ale dostávám
chybové hlášení, kterému nerozumím:

Rovněž když otevřu soubory, které jsem před tím psala v Texlive 7
(na W98), zobrazí se mi text s obdélníčky místo písmen. Mohl by mi
někdo, prosím, poradit, jak pořádně nadefinovat češtinu?
