Dival jsem se nyni do tetex-texmf-3.0.tar.gz na strankach teTeXu a
v CTANu a shledal, ze tam je ten vadny csplain.ini, ktery ma na zacatku
kymsi vlozenou sekvenci prikazu citovanou vyse.

Uvedeny tar ma datum 6. 2. 2005 a bohuzel, asi nic novejsiho neexistuje.
Odtud se to bohuzel siri do vsech Linuxovych distribuci.

Ja jsem psal Esserovi 3. 3. 2005 zadost o zarazeni nove verze
csplain.ini (puvodni byla Feb 2000 a nova je Feb 2005), ktera resi
problem pdf/nonpdf csplainu obe realizovane pdfetexem.

Bohuzel, zda se, ze tuto verzi nikam nezaradil a zustal u stareho
tetex-texmf-3.0.tar.gz.

Bohuzel, na strankach teTeXu Esser pise, ze se prestava teTeXem zabyvat.
V tuto chvili nevim, jak efektivne z teTeXu vyhodit vadny csplain.ini a
nahradit ho spravnym. Nehlede na to, ze jsem tento pozadavek Esserovi psal
pred vice nez rokem.

Subject: news in three cstex files

Hello,

please, update contents of three CSTeX files in your TeX distribution.
These files are attached in this e-mail.

The description of the changes follows.

csplain.ini: new macro-code solves the following:
  * possibility of non-pdf csplain initialisation by pdftex
  * The pdftexconfig.tex is read during pdfcsplain initialisation
    if this file exists.

t1code.tex: bug in \uccodes removed.

cslatex.ini: similar as csplain.ini

The csplain.ini and t1code.tex files belong to csplain package and
cslatex.ini belongs to cslatex package (but may be it is not
important for you).
