Tato "chyba" je znama jiz dlouho a byla snad u TeXLive 5 popsana ve
Zpravodaji. Zalezi na tom, zda pouzivate LaTeX nebo cslatex. Pak se totiz
meni syntaxe pro pouziti cestiny:

LaTeX: \usepackage[czech]{babel}
cslatex: \usepackage{czech}
