                   Dear Friends,

as you probably know (see WWW-pages  http://jicom.jinr.ru/~lidak/TUG96.html

the next conference TUG-96 will be held in Dubna, Russia,
on 28 July--2 August, 1996 .
 The Organizing Committee TUG-96, CyrTUG and JINR have done their best to
reduce the registration fee for participants from the Eastern European
Countries and thus to provide a way for our friends --- TeXusers from these
countries --- to attend this important conference.
   The regular registration fee is 500-550 USD appr., and for the participants
from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania and Bulgaria it
will be about 250 USD. This fee includes accomodation and food for 6 days,
transportation to and from the International Airport Sheremetyevo-2 in Moscow
(on arrival and departure days), participation in the conference and social
events, in fact, everything except travel expenses.
   The TUG-96 Organizing Committee would like to determine in advance the
number of the participants so we ask you for sending us a preliminary list of
TeXusers willing to attend the conference. The final list will be formed as
soon as the expected participants transfer 100 USD (in US dollars only, not
in other currency) to the account:

  The rest of the fee the participants will pay in cash at the registration
in Dubna.
