Announcing new, complete emTeX betatest distribution

A new, complete emTeX betatest distribution is now available.  It
replaces the entire `old, official' emTeX distribution and all the
betatest packages.

It's available for anonymous ftp on ftp.dante.de, in directory
/tex-archive/systems/msdos/emtex/betatest.  It will soon be available
from ftp.shsu.edu and ftp.tex.ac.uk.

Important: Read README.ENG, CHANGES.ENG, and INSTALL.ENG.  (German
versions of these files are not yet available.)

Please test the new distribution!
