I've uploaded font metrics for the LaserJet III and IV printers to
CTAN:fonts/ljmetrics.  The LasetJet Series II fonts are a subset of the LJ III
fonts, so they're supported too.

This release has a reorganized directory structure (maybe it'll be easier to
tell what's what now) and additional metric information in the files that can
be used by emTeX's dvihplj (1.5+) and Karl Berry's dviljk to simplify font
selection.

VF files for the fonts will also be available soon.
